利用板料成形软件Dynaform模拟了托辊轴承座的拉深成形过程,建立了相对凸模圆角半径与壁厚最大减薄率的线性回归模型,推导出壁厚最大减薄率的计算式,并通过试验验证了其正确性。结果表明:模拟计算结果与试验测量结果相差1%,能够较为准确的反映模具尺寸和壁厚均匀性之间的关系。
Deep-drawing process of bearing seat of supporting roller was simulated by sheet-metal forming software Dy naform, the linear regression model of relative punch radius and maximum thinning ratio of wall thickness was built, and the formula of maximum thinning ratio of wail thickness was derived, whose validity was verified. The difference between experimental results and calculated values is 1%, which can more accurately reflect the relationship of mould size and thickness uniformity.
