提出了一种可应用于轻型支撑钢框架结构的分段正交扁钢支撑,其具有占用空间小、用钢量少及失稳方向可控制在墙体平面内从而不损坏墙体等优点。采用了静力法和有限元软件对其进行稳定分析。通过静力法对简化支撑模型进行分析,确定了扁钢的最优分段数。利用有限元软件引入初始缺陷,并考虑静力法分析所忽略的若干因素,验证该支撑在实际工程应用中的可行性。同时给出了正交扁钢相对长度的取值范围。
The segmented orthogonal flat steel brace was proposed for the light braced frame structures, which has such merits as less space occupation, less steel consumption and instability direction controlled within the wall plane so as not to damage the wall. Both the static method and finite element software were used to conduct the stability analysis for the brace. By using the static method to analyze the simplified brace models, the optimal segments of the flat steel were determined. By using the finite element software to introduce the initial defects and take several factors neglected in the static method analysis into consideration, the feasibility of the brace applying in practical engineering was checked. Meanwhile, the value range of the flat steel length ratio in the two orthogonal directions was given.
