对铰接框架内一组拉压分段正交扁钢支撑进行静力试验,同时考察该类支撑在轴心压力作用下的失稳方向和在轴心拉力作用下的延性性能。试验结果表明,分段正交扁钢支撑在正常使用极限状态下能够将失稳方向控制在墙面内,避免墙体受损而影响结构适用性,并且支撑的初始缺陷往往对实现上述目标起到有利作用;抗拉支撑在层间位移角达到1/15时仅发生塑性伸长而未出现断裂,且塑性伸长仅发生在扁钢部分而张紧连接部分处于弹性状态,满足“强连接弱杆件”的要求,具有良好的延性。
A static test was conducted to a pair of tension-compression segmented orthogonal flat steel braces which are inside a hinged frame, so as to investigate the instability direction under axial compression and the ductility under axial tension of braces of this kind at the same time. Test result shows that the instability direction of the segmented orthogonal fiat steel brace can be controlled within the wall plane under serviceability limit state so as to avoid the damage of wall and the influence on structure serviceability, and that the initial defects of the brace tend to play a advantageous role in the realization of the above purpose. Also it shows that the tensile brace only develops a plastic elongation without a fracture when the inter-story drift angle approaches to 1/15, and that the plastic elongation only occurs in the fiat steel part while the tensioned connection part is under elastic state, which satisfies the requirement of strong connection and weak member. Tensile brace of this kind possesses good ductility.
