Traditional house property transaction information release system adopts text information to describe house property transaction information,geographic location,surroundings etc.Aiming at this problem,in order to build a house property transaction information release system with geographical location visualization,accuracy and auxiliary decision making.This paper is based on basic geographic information service platform,uses map world to be based visual map,overlay real estate data,using Silverlight framework to develop the house property transaction information release system based on WebGIS.It not only provides information in the form of text and images,but makelocation visualization and geographic analysis come true,which provides the public with auxiliary decision based on the geographical location.The specific application is elaborated through Dandong house property transaction information release system,which provides basis for the smarter housing industry.
