This paper applies the theory and method of supernetwork in the evaluation study of the related knowledge service capability, and constructs a supernetwork model of knowledge service based on knowledge service host network and knowledge service guest network. In view of the deficiencies of the existing evaluation method, the paper proposes an algorithm for evaluating the related knowledge service capability based on the supernetwork model of knowledge service, and an case analysis is made to validate the algorithm.
