Traditional technique in architecture is a complete process that contains the collection of source, execution of components, installation and decoration, which is under control of the craftsmen with the relevant tools. Traditional technique is one of the incorporeal heritages that urgently need systematical protection. This paper analyzes the conception and sense of frame system of protection, feasibility and methods. The system is designed to give a reference for the establishing the policy to promote the protection of technique heritage and to Solve the urgent problems of ＂techniques loss＂ and ＂craftsmen gaps＂.
