本论文演示了对小型二次Ni-MH电池充电过程中电池内气体变化进行非入侵性质谱检测的可行性。在设计制作了电池容器和质谱接口,测试了不同条件下的背景信号后,对商品化二次Ni-MH电池进行了质谱检测。试验表明,与质谱仪灵敏度的需求相比Ni-MH电池的泄漏过小,用间歇累积方法采样测试,得到电池内气体成分变化的粗略图像。这个方法的优点在于非入侵性检测,可作为直接检验小型商业化Ni-MH电池的新诊断技术。
This paper showed the feasibility of noninvasive mass spectrometry detection by gas changing inside battery in the process of small style Ni-MH rechargeable battery. The mass spectrometry of commercial rechargeable Ni-MH battery was detected. The results showed that comparing to the sensitivity of mass spectrometry, the leakage of Ni-MH battery was less. The rough graph of gas composition changing inside battery was obtained by intermitted adding method. The advantage of this method was the noninvasive detection could be a new detection technology to directly detect the small style commercial Ni-MH battery.
