Based on the data of 893 questionnaires of migrant workers, this thesis analyzes the status of their identity awareness, its influencing factors from the perspective of constructivism. The survey shows that the identity awareness of migrant workers tends to be vague. There are such factors that play a significant role in their identity awareness as subjective perception of economic status, interaction with city dwellers including social interaction and social distance, and perception of the systems＇ importance, while the impact of intergenerational differences and objective economic status are not so significant.
