为了解粉煤灰的工程特性及其力学性质,采用了颗粒分析试验、密度试验、击实试验和压实渗透试验,研究了某电厂粉煤灰颗粒的大小分布规律、干密度与含水率规律、压缩与渗透特性。试验结果表明:粉煤灰的颗粒分布不均匀,粒度偏粗;粉煤灰的干密度越小,渗透系数越大;击实密度对粉煤灰的含水量影响不大;较大的压实度使得粉煤灰颗粒变得更加密实、孔隙比变得更小,导致粉煤灰的渗透系数呈减小趋势。
In order to investigate the engineering characteristics and mechanical properties of coal ash , the size distribution laws , the dry density and moisture content laws , and the compression and penetration characteristics of coal ash particles in a certain power plant were studied based on the particle analysis test , density test , compaction test and penetration test .The results showed that the particles of coal ash have coarse granularity and uneven distribution.The smaller the dry density , the higher the penetration coefficient .The compaction density has little influence on sample moisture .The larger compactness makes the coal ash particles denser and the pore ratio smaller , which results the decrease tendency of penetration coefficient .
