基于柴油机全气缸取样系统,采用商用电子低压冲击仪(ELPI)和透射电子显微镜(TEM),对柴油机燃烧过程中凝聚微粒的粒数浓度、粒径分布和基本碳粒子的粒径分布进行了研究。研究结果表明,凝聚微粒粒数浓度随曲轴转角呈单峰状分布,峰值出现在上止点后14~18°CA,燃烧后期约70%以上的微粒粒数被氧化燃烧;凝聚微粒粒数、粒径呈类似对数正态分布,频度最大值出现在100~200nm。构成凝聚微粒的基本碳粒子粒径呈高斯分布,最大值出现在15~30nm,平均粒径为19.7~29.7nm,且在上止点后12~15°CA出现最大值。
Using the total cylinder sampling system of diesel engine, the number concentration and size distribution of in-cylinder particulates were investigated by the electrical low pressure impactor(ELPI) and the sized distribution of primary carbon particle was studied by a field emission gun transmission electron microscopy ( FEG TEM). Experimental results indicate that the agglomeration number concentration gives the unimodal distribution versus the crank angle, and the peak value occurs at 14 - 18° CA ATDC. Over 70% agglomeration is oxidized in the late combustion phase. The distribution of particulate number size is analogous to lognormal distribution, and the maximum frequencies is occurred at 100 - 200 nm diameter. The size distribution of primary carbon particles gives the gauss distribution and the maximum value is occurred at 15 - 30 nm particle diameter. The average diameter is in the range of 19.7 -29.7 nm,and the peak value is presented at 12 - 15°CA ATDC.
