基于"服务型经济"的全球化背景以及国家航空产业发展的需要,从服务型制造视角研究航空装备产业的协同创新发展问题。分析航空装备产业服务型制造的价值链结构及价值创造,揭示航空装备产业服务型制造的价值空间;归纳航空装备产业全面协同创新思路,提出了"全产业链—全要素—全过程—模块化协同"的"三全一协同"创新模式;以波音公司为案例诠释了服务型制造及全面协同创新发展模式的实际应用;最后提出中国航空装备产业服务型制造与全面协同创新发展的策略建议。
Based on the background of service economy and needs of the national aviation,this paper studied the synergy innovation development problem in the perspective of service-oriented manufacturing. Through analyzing the value chain structure and value creation; it revealed the value space of aviation equipment industry. And this paper put forward the innovation model,termed as"three whole one synergy",that is,"whole industrial chain—whole factors—whole process—modular synergy",by analyzing how to realize the whole synergy innovation model of aviation equipment industry. Regarding the Boeing as the example,it analyzed the practical application of the service-oriented manufacturing and whole synergy innovation,and then as to the Chinese aviation development,it made some suggestions.
