基于服务型制造网络模块化,研究服务核心能力、服务质量水平及质量创新水平对模块化质量系统的影响。依据郎之万方程,建立模块化质量系统协同演化模型,得出了其满足平衡态的临界条件;应用力学原理,构建运动轨迹模型,拟合出了其非平衡态的模拟状态点。对两个模型赋值仿真,仿真结果表明:当模块化质量系统处于平衡态时,模块化服务核心能力对外部环境反应较为敏感;当模块化质量系统处于非平衡态时,在协同运动初期,模块化服务核心能力对质量状态的协同运动方向起决定作用,中期模块化服务质量水平的影响力逐渐增强,最后阶段质量创新水平决定了模块化质量的最终协同状态。根据仿真结果,提出了平衡态与非平衡态的模块化质量协同管理对策。
Based on the modular quality of Service-oriented manufacturing network(SMN),the influence of modular service core competence,modular service quality level and modular quality innovation level to the quality of modular system are studied.According to the modular quality synergy model that constructed on the basis of Langevin equation,this paper analyzes the critical condition for modular node quality to meet the balance.Following the mechanics principle,by building trajectory model,the simulation status points of non-equilibrium are described.The results of taking assignment and simulation to those two models show that:while on the state of equilibrium,the modular service core competence is more easily affected by the outside world.While on the state of non-equilibrium,the modular service core competence decides the direction of the cooperative movement at the beginning,then the influence of modular service quality level factor becomes stronger,at last,the modular quality innovation level ultimately determines the state of modular quality synergy.According to the result of simulation,this paper puts forward corresponding modular collaborative quality management measures at the two statuses of both equilibrium and non-equilibrium.
