根据国标要求进行了稳态试验得到碳罐的沿程阻力,结合试验数据进行理论计算得出碳罐大气口孔径理论上的极限尺寸,并建立了各极限尺寸下碳罐的三维模型,进行了三维计算流体力学(CFD)仿真。最后将试验数据、理论计算以及仿真结果三者进行综合分析,得出了可满足相应行业标准的大气口孔径的可修改范刚,验证了三维CFD仿真在碳罐研发中的可行性。
Based on national standards, a steady-state experiment was conducted to obtain the frictional resistance of carbon canister. Tile aperture size limit of the atmospheric port was calculated according to the experimental data and fluid theories. And also a three dimensional model of the carbon canister was established with some boundary conditions. Finally through the analysis of theoretical calculations, sinmlation results and experimental data, the aperture range of the atmospheric port which meets the appropriate industry-standard was obtained, and the application of three-dimensional CFD simulations in the research and development of carbon canister was veritied.
