光聚合模塑成型是批量生产微型精密制品的新方法,制品精度取决于材料在成型过程中的收缩量,温度以及压力是成形中的2个重要因素。基于前期开发的设备,研究了光聚合树脂在不同压力、温度下的收缩演化规律,结果表明:提高压力可以使材料总收缩率、收缩速率峰值提高,而对影响成型精度的后期收缩无显著影响,提高温度可以同时增大收缩速率峰值,后期收缩量以及总收缩率。分析得出结论:采用适当的成型温度,提高保压压力可以改善模塑成型制品的精度以及性能。
UV-curing molding was a new forming technology to make mass nano products. The accuracy of products depended on the evolution of resin' s Shrinkage,Temperature and pressure was two important conditions in the process. Based on the device which was developed before,the shrinkage evolution of UV-curing resin under different pressure and temperature conditions was researched. The result showed that increasing the pressure could increase the final shrinkage and the max shrinkage rate, but had no effect on the post shrinkage which affected the products' accuracy greatly. Increasing the temperature could increase the final shrinkage, the max shrinkage rate and the post shrinkage. Based on the research It could be concluded that suitable temperature and high pressure could improve the accuracy and performance of products.
