光固化模塑成型是用于加工具有复杂微细特征结构高分子制品的化学制造方法。由于模塑成型制品加工是在模具内一次成型,其制品尺度精度的控制完全不同于传统机械切削加工。开发一套光固化反应成型制品尺寸精度动态演化过程测试装置,可还原实际模塑条件下压力、传热、光照等加工条件,获得树脂成型过程中尺寸收缩率的测定结果。研究得到压力为5 MPa、温度为20℃的成型工艺条件下4种不同树脂的尺寸收缩演化曲线。结果表明,测试装置完全可实现对制品尺寸的收缩率的在线测试,实时记录材料收缩的动态演化过程,测试过程具有较高的可重复性。4种树脂的收缩率试验测试结果在2.91%~6.96%,略小于传统密度法所获得的结果,但能真实地反映出光固化模塑成型保压过程中制品尺寸的实际演化规律。研究结果对于光固化模塑成型制品尺寸精度控制,研究获得制品缺陷成型机理及解决措施具有十分重要的意义。
UV cured molding is a kind of chemical manufacturing which is used to manufacture products with complex micro shapes. The way to ensure the accuracy of once-molded product is different from the way of mental cutting products. A device is employed to simulate the pressure、heat and light in the molding conditions and it can monitor the material shrinkage during UV-cured molding. Four kinds of resin is tested under the condition of 5 MPa, 20℃. The result shows that the shrinkage of material can be recorded online. The result is reproducibility and in real time. The shrinkage values of the four kind resins tested by the device are from 2.91%to 6.96%. The shrinkage value tested by the device is a bit smaller than the value tested by the buoyancy method. The result can show the Evolution of products’ size truly. The method has vast importance to ensure the accuracy of products and it is important to find the reason of products’ defect and to find the measure to demolish the defect.
