运用Moldex3D专业分析软件,以ABS材料的内螺纹为2.5″-8NPSM的储罐封头为分析对象,对采用不同浇注系统的制品模型进行注塑过程模拟。通过对翘曲变形及节点位移等结果的对比分析,最终得出较优的浇注系统设计方案。
The model of the ABS tank head of which internal thread was 2.5″ - 8NPSM was taken as the object, the injection molding process of the tank head model which had different gate systems was simulated by using the specialized software Moldex3D. The warpage data,node deformation and other analysis results were used to evaluate the influence of gating system, finally got the optimum solution for the tank head.
