蚊虫在生长、发育、捕食、繁殖、进化的过程中形成了复杂的嗅觉系统,多种蛋白参与了这一过程,这些蛋白包括气味结合蛋白(OBPs)、气味降解酶(ODEs)以及气味受体(ORs)等。现主要总结近年来蚊虫气味结合蛋白和气味受体蛋白两方面研究的最新进展,为蚊虫嗅觉系统研究及开展蚊虫防治工作提供新的参考信息。
Objective Mosquitos have formed its complex olfactory system in the process of growth,feeding,reproduction and evolution,and many proteins are involved in this process. These proteins mainly include odorant binding protein( OBPs),odorant degrading enzymes( ODEs) and odorant receptors( ORs),etc.This paper reviewed the recent advances in the study of mosquito odorant binding protein and olfactory receptors,so as to provide new information for mosquito olfaction system research and implementation of mosquito control work.
