The metropolis circle＇s development is not only an important characteristic in modem urbanization advancement but also an important unit in region economy development. The metropolis circle is getting more and more scholar＇ s attention from domestic and foreign as a new spatial organization type of economy and social life. Combining the characteristics and existing problems of Harbin metropohs circle＇ s urbanization, this paper illustrates the optimizing mode of Harbin metropolis circle according to the actual condition of Harbin metropolis circle＇s development.
