在石墨高速铣削加工过程中采用合适的吹气及吸尘装置,可有效减小刀具磨损,提高加工质量。通过改变石墨高速铣削过程中的吹气条件,包括气流的喷射角度、距离和压力,对比了有无吹气条件时石墨切屑形式和吸附情况,精确测量切削后分布在工件和刀具表面的石墨粉屑质量,研究了切削速度、进给速度、轴向切削深度和径向切削深度等切削参数对石墨切屑吸附情况的影响,分析了石墨切屑的运动方式及吸附情况对石墨高速铣削加工过程的影响。
It is effective to reduce the tool wear and improve the quality using suitable huff conditions and suction device in high speed milling of graphite.Effects of huff conditions during high speed milling of graphite have been studied in it.Milling forms and adsorption of graphite powder are compared with and without huff by changing the huff conditions in high speed milling process including eject angle,distance and pressure of pressed air.Then the mass of graphite powder distributed on graphite workpiece and surface of tools have been measured accurately after high speed milling.The effect of the parameters such as milling speed,feeding rate,axial milling depth,radial milling depth on the adsorption of graphite powder has been studied as well as the effect of motion mode and adsorption on the processing of the graphite has been analyzed.
