目的:研究血清miRNAs在小细胞肺癌中的作用,初步探讨血清miRNAs作为潜在的小细胞肺癌临床诊断及辐射相关生物标记物的可能性。方法:实时定量PCR方法验证15例小细胞肺癌患者血清样本中一组miR-pattern的表达变化。统计学分析采用SPSS19.0软件。结果:在15例小细胞肺癌患者血清样本中,let-7i、miR-25及miR-130检出率明显高于正常对照组(年龄相当的健康受试者血清样本),且miR-25过表达在广泛期小细胞肺癌放疗组患者中的阳性检出率显著高于非放疗组患者(P〈0.05)。结论:miR-25有可能作为小细胞肺癌临床诊断及辐射相关的潜在生物标记物。
ObjectiveTo study the role of serum miRNAs in small cell lung cancer ,and to explore its potential role as biomarkers in the diagnosis and in radiation of small cell lung cancer. Methods : Real time quantitative PCR (RT - qPCR) assay was employed to detect the expression of miR - the pattern in the serum from small cell lung cancer patients. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19. 0 software. Results : Compared with the control group,the positive rate of let -7i,miR -25 and miR - 130 were significantly higher. Furthermore,the over expression of miR - 25 in extensive - stage small cell lung cancer with raditheray was significantly higher than that of without ra- diotheray (P 〈0.05). Conclusion : miR - 2 5 may play an potential role as biomarker in the diagnosis and radiation of small cell lung cancer.
