采用冷冻干燥/粒子沥滤复合法制备聚己内酯(PCL)多孔支架,通过扫描电镜对支架的三维结构进行了表征,并计算了支架孔隙率。研究结果表明,与单一冷冻干燥法或粒子沥滤法相比,复合法制备的PCL支架具有孔隙率高(86%),孔隙结构均匀、孔隙连通性好、孔径可控等特点,支架结构可以通过调整预冷冻温度和造孔剂粒径进行控制。
Poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) porous scaffolds are prepared by freeze-drying/particle-leaching method and characterized by scanning electronic microscope. The porosity of the scaffold is calculated by measuring the mass and volume of the scaffold. As compared with scaffold obtained by single freeze-drying or particle-leaching method, PCL scaffold prepared by freeze-drying/particle-leaching method possesses high porosity(86 %), uniform pore distribution, good interconnection and controllable pore size. The structure of scaffold can be controlled by adjusting the quenching temperature and particle diameter of NaCl.
