以过硫酸胺(APS)氧化-还原体系为引发体系,通过活性自由基溶液聚合法制备了交联网状聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯(PECDA)/N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)共聚物水凝胶支架。研究结果表明,将亲水组分NVP引入到聚合物中,可提高支架材料的亲水性,改善水凝胶降解速度,NVP的加入有效地降低了PEGDA的刚度,加强了材料的压缩屈服应变力,使得支架的柔韧性能得到很好的改善。
The hydrogels poly(ethylence glycol) diacrylate crosslinked network copolymers were prepared by living radical polymerization, using ammonium peroxydisulfate (APS) as an initiation system in an aqueous solution. The results show that the hydrophilicity of the hydrogels increases with increasing the content of NVP in PEGDA-based hydrogels. It is found that adding NVP into the PEGDA-based hydrogels is very helpful to improve the degradability of the scaffold. During degradation, as the PEGDA-based crosslinks are broken, the mechanics properties of the hydrogel decrease with the PEG crosslinks broking. The equilibrium water content in hydrogels decreases and the compressive modulus increase with the increase of the percentage of monomer solution. The results also approve that the compressive resistance of hydrogels becomes stronger with increasing the NVP proportion in hydrogels.
