The reachability of Petri net is the basis to analyze and study business systems with it. In this study, the authors used the reachability Of Petri net to model bottled water production line. The problem of inferior - quality product in the manufacturing was solved by adding a set of control structure, thereby the cost was reduced while the productivity and the yield were improved.
