随着灰霾、沙尘天气的增多,细颗粒物污染逐渐受到人们的重视,过滤空气和水中的污染颗粒、PM2.5粉尘是我国治污的重要课题。本项研究提出了采用微米木丝组构填充活性微纳米木粉作为过滤芯材料的木基生态负离子PM2.5过滤器,微米木丝骨架过滤硬质颗粒,骨架之间充填活性微纳米木粉过滤灰霾,形成木基生态负离子过滤器。定期更换活性微纳米木粉,清洗滤芯架,通过细胞孔穴的吸附功能过滤空气中的细颗粒物,设计了可拆卸式PM2.5过滤器的结构,并分析过滤器的过滤效率,为木基环保过滤器的设计提供理论基础。
With an increase in haze and dust weather, the uhrafine particle contaminants has been paid attention gradually. Filter pollution particles, the PM 2. 5 dust in air and water is the important topic of China' s pollution control. This study made use of micron thick long-fiber filling with an active micro and nano wood flour as filter material of Wood-based ecological-level anion PM 2.5 filter. Micron wood fiber skeleton filtered hard particles, and activity micro-nano wood flour filled betwee skeleton filtered dust to form Wood-based ecological-level anion fil- ter. Regular replace the active micro-nano-wood powder, and clean filter carbide frame. Filter fine particulate matter in the air by adsorption function of cell cavities. We designed detachable PM 2.5 filter structure and ana- lyzed the filtration efficiency of filter, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of Wood-based ecological- level anion filter.
