To address the problem of visualizing the flow information stored in XML format,a framework was proposed.How to represent the flow information using XML and how to visualize this kind of information were discussed.Then two algorithms for the framework were given,one for extracting flow information from outside XML file,the other for constructing the graph model using the flow information.Graph model was sent to Java Swing framework for visualizing the flow information.Finally,with the help of two open source Java library packages JDOM and JGraphX,aprototype for the framework was implemented,and a flow information example was presented for validating the prototype.
