研究目标:农业用水效率在区域层面的空间交互影响效应。研究方法:利用Global超效率DEA模型和全要素用水效率指标测度中国省际农业用水效率,并首次采用VAR框架下的脉冲响应函数识别中国农业用水效率的空间交互影响效应。研究发现:中国农业用水效率呈持续升高趋势;在空间格局上呈东高西低、南高北低的总体分布态势;由于中国农业用水效率的集聚特征仅体现在小范围地区,而在整体上未呈现明显的空间集聚特征,传统的空间计量模型并不适用于识别农业用水效率的空fg交互影响。研究创新:基于VAR框架下的脉冲响应函数分析结果表明,不同区域的农业用水效率之间确实存在空间交互影响。研究价值:充分利用空间交互影响效应实现农业用水效率的空间协同提升。
Research Objective: To identify the spatial interaction effect of agricultural water use ef- ficiency (AWE) at the regional level. Research Methods: Measuring the China's provincial AWE with Global Super-efficiency DEA and total factor water efficiency index, and for the first time using the impulse response function under the VAR framework to identify the spa- tial interactive effect of AWE. Research Findings: China's AWE is continuously increasing and presents the overall distribution situation that the eastern region is higher than the west- ern region and the southern region is higher than the northern region. Since the spatial ag- glomeration of China's AWE exists only in some small areas but not on the whole. The tradi- tional spatial econometric model is not suitable for identifying the spatial interaction effects of AWE. Research Innovations: The analysis results of the impulse response function with the VAR framework shows that AWE has indeed spatial interaction among different re- gions. Research Values: Making full use of spatial interaction effect to improve China's AWE collaboratively.
