基于1997-2013年中国省际SO2排放数据,利用社会网络分析方法实证考察了环境污染空间溢出的网络结构及其影响因素。研究发现:(1)中国环境污染的空间溢出呈网络结构形态,且网络密度不断提高,等级森严的网络结构逐步被打破,网络稳定性不断增强;(2)从个体网络特征看,山东、江苏、河南、河北、浙江等省份在网络中处于中心位置;(3)环境规制的地区差异、地理近邻效应、空间邻接效应对环境污染的空间溢出均存在显著的正向影响,环境污染的空间溢出效应随地理距离的拉大而逐渐衰减,最后提出环境污染的跨地区协同治理思路。
Based on the data of provincial sulfur dioxide emissions in China from 1997 to 2013 ,this paper uses the method of social network analysis to empirically examine the spatial spillover network structure of environmental pollution and its influencing factors. The results show that : ( 1 ) China's environmental pollution presents spatial spillover network structure characteristics with its network density gradually increasing. Hierarchical network structure has been broken while the stability of the network has been strengthened. (2)From the individual characteristics of the network, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Hebei and Zhejiang dominated the network. (3)The spatial ad- jacency among different provinces, regional differences of environmental regulations and the geographical neighborhood effects have a significantly positive influence on the spatial spillover of environmental pollution. The spatial spillover effects will diminish with the geographical distances enlarging. Finally, the ideas of collaboratively governing the regional environmental pollution are proposed.
