针对内蒙古地区改性沥青应用特点,为研究短期老化作用对两种聚合物改性沥青:橡胶粉改性沥青(CR)、SBS改性沥青流变性的影响,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)分别对两种沥青原样及经旋转薄膜烘箱老化(RTFOT)后的沥青试样进行动态剪切试验和重复蠕变恢复试验,通过对流变参数复合模量G*、相位角δ、以及动力粘度η的分析,研究了两种聚合物改性沥青的流变学特性;并利用扫描电子显微镜对各沥青试样的微观结构形态进行观察,从微观角度揭示了不同沥青性能存在差异的原因。结果表明:短期老化作用使沥青变得硬脆,且可以提高改性沥青的高温抗变形能力和变形恢复能力;短期老化作用对SBS改性沥青的影响较对CR改性沥青大;短期老化使沥青的抵抗流体流动的能力增强。
According to the characteristics of the modified asphalt used in Inner Mongolia,in order to study the influence of rheological property of two kinds polymer modified asphalt( crumb rubber( CR)modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt) due to short-term aging effect,The dynamic shear rheometer( DSR) are used to get on dynamic shear test and repeated creep recovery test to study both the matrix asphalt and after rotating thin film oven aging( RTFOT) asphalt specimen. Based on the analysis of rheological parameter composite modulus G*,phase angle( δ),and the dynamic viscosity of n,the rheological properties of two kinds of polymer modified asphalt are studied; Furthermore,by using the scanning electron microscope( SEM) to observe the microstructure of asphalt sample form and reveal the differences between different asphalt performance from the microscopic view. The results showed that: Short-term aging made asphalt hard and brittle,and can improve the high temperature deformation resistance and displacement restoring capacity of modified asphalt; The influence of short-term aging of SBS modified asphalt is bigger than the CR modified asphalt; The asphalt that beared short-term aging can enhance resistance to fluid flow.
