针对包括内蒙古在内的西部地区常用的3种聚合物改性沥青(胶粉改性沥青、SBS改性沥青及复合胶粉改性沥青),利用扫描电镜(SEM)对比观察了废胶粉和SBS改性剂、普通沥青及3种改性沥青的微观结构形貌,发现两种改性剂均具有网状结构,3种改性沥青中橡胶粉及SBS改性剂都与沥青融合性良好;利用针入度粘度指数PVN和粘温指数VTS对3种改性沥青的感温性进行了评价,发现胶粉改性沥青具有最小的温度敏感性;利用动态剪切流变试验,通过研究复数剪切模量G^*及相位角δ随温度及频率变化的规律并利用改进的车辙因子对3种改性沥青的高温性能进行评价,得出胶粉改性沥青具有最好的高温稳定性,其次为复合胶粉改性沥青,并且从改性沥青微观结构的角度出发解释了3种改性沥青温度敏感性与高温变形性能存在此种规律的原因。
Three polymer modified asphalts( crumb rubber modified asphalt、SBS modified asphalt and compound crumb rubber modified asphalt) widely used in Inner Mongolia and western china are studied. Scanning Electron Microscope( SEM) is used to observe crumb rubber and SBS modifier、ordinary asphalt and three modified asphalts microstructure. We can see,two modifiers have net structure and they mix together with asphalt well. Penetration viscosity index( PVN) and viscidity temperature index( VTS) are used to evaluate the temperature sensitivity of three modified asphalts. The results indicate that crumb rubber modified asphalt has lowest temperature sensitivity. Using the dynamic shear rheological tests,by studying the plural shear modulus G^* and phase Angle of the delta change with temperature and frequency and improved rutting factor was used to evaluate the high temperature performance of three kinds of modified asphalt,experimental results show,crumb rubber modified asphalt has the best temperature stability,followed by compound crumb rubber modified asphalt,and from the perspective of microstructure of modified asphalt explains the temperature sensitivity of the three kinds of modified asphalt and reason for the high temperature deformation performance is of such a law.
