Using the survey data concerning the migrants and impact factors in the ＂three types regions＂ conducted by The National Population and Family Planning Commission to analyze of the cross border out- flow＇ s status and influencing factors of the population in the border areas of Jilin Province. The results indi- cate：gender, age, social resources, education level have significant influence on labor flow, marry status and the number of children don＇ t have significant influence on labor flow, the special characteristics of Ko- rean ethnics labor flow are the outflow rate of female is higher than that of male. Low life level, Korean eth- nics characteristics and geographical environment are the main reason of most population outflow and it may lead to Yanbian Korean ethnics population negative growth.
