利用空气加热氧化法在不同温度下对碳纳米管(CNTs)进行预处理,然后用混酸对CNTs做进一步的处理。采用原位复合法与溶胶-凝胶法结合制备出锶铁氧体包覆的改性CNTs。利用FT-IR、TEM、XRD、SEM等检测了样品的性能。结果表明,CNTs表面引入了大量的羟基、羰基,其水溶性明显增强;并制备出了包覆均匀致密的碳纳米管-锶铁氧体(CNTs-SrFerrite)样品。
Using the air heating at different temperatures oxidation pretreatment of carbon nanotubes,then using mixed acid CNTs were further processing.Using in situ complex legal and making sol-gel preparation of a modified combination of carbon nanotubes and Sr ferrite composite materials.Testing the performance by FT-IR、TEM and XRD.The results showed that the carbon nanotubes surface mainly introduced hydroxyl and carbonyl group after modificating,The water-solubitity was obvious enhanced.The evenly coated of carbon nanotubes-Sr ferrite composite materials were prepared.
