本文采用溶胶凝胶脱脂棉法,以Sr(NO3)2和Fe(NO3)3为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂制备微管锶铁氧体。探讨了制备过程中柠檬酸与金属的比例,铁与锶的摩尔比和溶液的pH值对产物性能的影响。并利用X射线衍射技术(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的物相、形貌和粒径进行表征S结果表明,合成外径为8-13μm,壁厚在0.5~1μm的SrFe12O19微管的最佳工艺条件是:柠檬酸与金属离子的物质的量比为1:1,铁与锶摩尔比为11.5,溶液pH值为6。

英文摘要:

In this paper, with the Sr (NO3)2 and Fe (NO3)3 as the materials and citric as complexing agent, microtubules SrFe12O19 was synthesized by Sol-Gel absorbent cotton template method. The effect of the ratio of citric and metal, molar ratio of iron to strontium and solution pH on the product properties were studied. The phase, morphology and particle diameter of samples were studied by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the optimum conditions of microtubules external diameter of between 8μm and 13μm and the wall thickness of between 1μm and 2μm: molar ratio of citric to metal ions was 1:1, molar ratio of iron to strontium was 11.5, solution pH was 6.
