文章以冶金多相反应器内的分散相为研究对象,分析了分散相产生的条件及其在湍流连续相中的运动特性。研究结果表明:经适当假设后,分散相在连续相中的运动可由一阶线性方程描述;湍流反应器内分散相的数量、尺度影响其在连续相中的分布,其数量越多,尺度越大,则分布越不均匀;当分散相与连续相扩散系数相同时,它们之间的运动没有滞后,利于渣-金间的混合。应用现有湍流研究成果可以为优化此类反应器的工艺参数提供有益的参考。
Taking the dispersed phase in the multiphase metallurgical reactor as an object of study, the paper examines the movement characteristic of the dispersed phase in turbulent continuous phase can be described by a first - order lineal equation;the distribution of dispersed phase in continuous phase is affected by the quantity and magnitude of dispersed phase in reactor;and the more quantity and larger magnitude phase and continuous phase have the same diffusion coefficient, there are no delay between their movement, which is favorable to the'mixing between the slag and metal. These results can be used to optimize the process parameters of this kind of reactor.
