为了对黑果枸杞优良种质资源和个体进行无性繁殖,在智能日光温室内,以嫩枝为试材,研究了NAA、ABT、IBA、NAA+IBA不同质量浓度的4种生长调节剂溶液对嫩枝扦插的影响。结果表明:不同质量浓度的4种调节剂溶液对嫩枝扦插成活率、新枝高生长量、根系生长量、生根数影响差异极显著,不同生长调节剂对成苗分枝数的影响差异不显著,不同质量浓度对成苗分枝数的影响差异极显著;4种生长调节剂溶液及对照按照促进嫩枝扦插苗成活率、平均新生枝生长量和新生根生长量的效果由高到低排列依次为NAA、NAA+IBA、ABT、IBA、对照。最佳处理为NAA 300 mg/L,成活率为84%,平均新生枝长12.4 cm,平均新生根长4.5 cm;其次为NAA 400 mg/L,成活率为76%,平均新生枝长10.3 cm,平均新生根长4.2 cm。成活率和新生枝生长量、新生根生长量呈正相关,和新生枝数量、新生根数量呈负相关。扦插苗为混合生根,以皮层生根为主。
In order to asexual propagation of fine germplasm resources and individual in Lycium ruthenicum, taking softwoods as materials, effects of different mass concentrations of NAA, ABT, IBA, NAA+IBA solutions on softwood cutting were researched in intelligent greenhouse. The results show that effects of different mass concentrations of four kinds of growth regulators on survival rate, height increment of new branch, root increment, root number have very signifi cant differences under the treatments, effects of different growth regulators on branch number of seedling have no signifi cant differences, and effects of different mass concentrations on branch number of seedling have very signifi cant differences. Based on survival rate of softwood cuttings and average increments of new branches and roots from high to low, the order of the four kinds of growth regulators and CK is NAA, NAA+IBA, ABT, IBA, CK. The NAA 300 mg/L treatment has the best effects, the survival rate is 84%, the average length of new branch is 12.4 cm, and the average length of new root is 4.5 cm; followed by the NAA 400 mg/L treatment, the survival rate is 76%, the average length of new branch is 10.3cm, and the average length of new root 4.2 cm. The survival rate has positive correlations with new branch increment and new root increment, and it has negative correlations with new branch number and new root number. The roots of cutting seedlings in the treatments are generated by mixed rooting way, and mainly originate from cortex.
