以引自甘肃临夏的宁杞1号和民勤青土湖的黑果枸杞以及野生枸杞为研究对象,应用枝系构型理论与方法对三者的枝系构成指标进行测定与分析,结果表明:1)3种枸杞的分枝长和分枝角从1级到3级呈现逐渐减小的趋势,而逐步分枝率(SBR)呈增大趋势;2)生境对野生枸杞与宁杞1号、黑果枸杞的枝径比(RBD2∶1)和逐步分枝率(SBR1∶2)影响显著,但对三者的枝径比(RBD3∶2)和总体分枝率(OBR)的影响不显著;3)野生枸杞对恶劣的环境有更好的适应策略,而在同一生长环境中,黑果枸杞较宁杞1号更占优势。
Using Lycium barbarum ‘Ningqi 1’, Lycium ruthenicum and wild Lycium barbarum as study subjects, the branching formation index of the three had been measured and analyzed with the theory and method of branching architecture. The result showed that: 1) The branch length and branch angle of the three species showed a gradual decrease from 1 class to 3 class, while the stepwise bifurcation ratio(SBR) showed an increasing tendency. 2) The effects of habitat on the ratio of branch diameter(RBD2∶1) and the stepwise bifurcation ratio(SBR1∶2) were significant between the wild Lycium barbarum and Lycium barbarum‘Ningqi 1’, Lycium ruthenicum, while the effects on the ratio of branch diameter(RBD3∶2) and the overall bifurcation ratio(OBR) of the threewere not significant. 3) Wild Lycium barbarum had better adaptation strategy to the harsh environment, while in the same growing environment; the Lycium ruthenicum was more dominant than the Lycium barbarum ‘Ningqi 1’.
