为研究尖轨几何参数对尖轨磨耗的影响,以轮轨型面测量仪在大秦线上测得的数据为基础,建立三维弹塑性接触有限元模型,研究LM型货车车轮与CHN75钢轨12号单开道岔曲线尖轨接触问题,详细的分析了不同轨底坡和尖轨轨头型面等多种工况下车轮与尖轨接触等效应力和接触斑变化.计算结果表明,1:40轨底坡尖轨最大等效应力在不同位置变化波动较小,且应力值较小,更有利于LM踏面和尖轨接触时降低接触应力,减缓尖轨磨耗;型面改进优化后的尖轨各个位置接触斑面积得到大幅度提高,部分位置接触应力降低,很大程度上降低了滚动接触疲劳伤损和尖轨磨耗.计算结果为尖轨几何参数优化及设计,减轻尖轨磨耗,延长使用寿命提供了参考依据.
In order to investigate the effect of geometrical parameter of switch rail on wear, a three dimensional elastic-plastic contact finite element model was established to study the contact behavior between LM wheelsets and No. 12 curved switch rail with CHN75 rail. The profiles of the wheel and switch rail were obtained by wheel-rail measuring instrument from Datong-Qinhuangdao Heavy Haul Line. A detailed analysis of the change of maximum equivalent stress and contact patch under the condition of different switch rail cant and profile were conducted. Numerical results indicate that the value and the variation of maximum equivalent stress under the 1/40 rail cant, on different position of switch rail, are much smaller than the others ,which is helpful to re- duce switch rail wear. The contact areas of the optimized switch rail profile are greater than the standard one, and the maximum equivalent stress becomes smaller, which is useful to reduce wear and the rolling contact fa- tigue of switch rail. The numerical results provide a guideline for optimizing geometrical of the switch rail and reducing wear and prolonging the service life.
