Based on literature study, the author analyzed the secretion and interactive mechanism of endothelin＇, discussed the effects of exercise on endothelin in heart. The result showed that exercise and training altered expression of endothelin , endothelin related to the regulation of water and dielectric balance and remodelling of athletic heart. The author reveals the prospects of the study on athletic heart and cardiac endocrine function to present new ideas to further study.
