针对燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉主蒸汽压力具有大惯性、纯滞后、强干扰等特点,将阶梯式控制策略引用到监督预测控制算法中.通过监督层动态优化目标函数,对给定的调节层提供最优的设定点,在每个采样周期,采用阶梯式控制策略,降低了在线计算量,减少了计算时间,提高了算法的快速性.仿真对比结果表明,该算法可行且控制效果良好,具有较好的经济性.
As the main steam pressure of heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) in gas-steam combined cycle generating units is of large time constant,large pure time delay and strong disturbance,the hierarchical control strategy was adopted in supervisory predictive control.Through a dynamic optimal object function of optimization level,the optimal set-point for a given regulatory level was determined.The hierarchical control strategy was applied during each sampling period,which reduced the online computation burden and improved the algorithm implementation.The simulation comparison results prove the effectiveness and better control performance of the proposed algorithm,which has a great potential in thermal process.
