研究了一种新型四足矩形截面梁直线超声电机,电机定子是由六块压电陶瓷片和矩形截面铜梁组成,压电陶瓷对称粘贴在铜梁的上下表面,四个驱动足分布在铜梁下表面的四个直角处。电机的工作模态分别为一阶纵振和二阶弯振,通过Ansys软件进行模态分析确定了电机定子的尺寸,设计加工样机,并对样机的机械特性进行测试和实验研究,实验证明了电机的结构设计是合理的,分析是正确的。
A new type four-legged linear USM has been studied. The stator consists of six piezoelectric ce- ramic plates and one rectangular section brass beam. Piezoelectric ceramics plates are symmetrically bonded to two surfaces of the rectangular section brass beam, four driving feet are designed under the surface of the brass beam in four right angles. The working vibration modes of USM are two modes, which consist of the first longitudinal vibration mode and the second bending one. The basic size of linear FEA, and the characteristics of prototype motor have been studied experimentally prove that the structural design of USM is reasonable, analysis is correct.
