驱动控制对于超声电机的推广和应用十分重要。根据超声波电机的工作特点,该文分析温度变化对超声电机运行状态的影响,开发了一种基于驱动电压和电流相位差的驱动控制器,分析了各个控制部分的作用和设计方法,并进行了比较实验,结果表明这种控制系统能够达到稳定超声电机运行状态的目的。
Driving and control techniques are very important for applications of ultrasonic motor.According to the work characteristics of ultrasonic motor,the influence of the temperature variety upon the movement status of ultrasonic motor was analyzed.A new controller based on the phase difference between the driving voltage and electric current was designed.Analyzed the function and design method of each control part,and carried on the compare experiment.Result show that this kinds of control system can attain the purpose of stabling the status of ultrasonic motor.
