利用自制板栗脱蒲机试验台,通过单因素试验,分析了参数性能指标试验台脱蒲部件转速对欠成熟板栗脱蒲率及损伤率的影响规律。通过正交试验,得出了欠成熟板栗放置时间、试验台脱蒲部件转速、试验台脱蒲部件与栅栏之间间距等参数的最优组合,从而对欠成熟板栗脱蒲装置的优化设计提供了依据。
By using the chestnut husker platform which we made by ourselves and experiment of single factor, we analyzed the influence law of the rotating speed of husker for less mature chestnut removal rate and injury rate. By orthogonal test, we got the optimal parameter combination of less mature chestnut standing time, rotating speed of husker, compo- nents of husker and spacing between bars, and therefore, provided evidence for the design optimization of less mature chestnut husker.
