针对目前中国市场上缺乏对食用菌菌棒进行自动码垛的器械装备、食用菌生产机械化落后的状况,提出一种全自动连续作业的菌棒码存策略,设计一种基于液压升降台的食用菌菌棒自动码棒机。文中提出机器的总体设计方案,并对提升装置、旋转升降台以及码棒盘基座等装置进行设计,确定其关键参数。该设计样机使用效果良好,满足设计需求,能够有效提高生产率,为进一步实现食用菌产业的机械化提供一种新型装备,为同类研究提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of the shortage of Edible fungus stick palletizing machine and the poor mechanization for Edible fungus industry,we introduce the method with an automation storage strategy for Edible fungus stick.And based on the Hydraulic lifting platform,we design an automatic palletizing machine for Edible fungus stick.In this paper,we present the design scheme of the prototype for the machine,and raise the potential improvements on the elevator device,the Hydraulic lifting platform and the Palletizing disc bed.And finally we fix key parameters based on the information above.The working performance of prototype shows that the new machine could greatly increase the productivity and reduce the labor intensity.The research would provide an advanced mechanized equipment to realize the mechanization of Edible fungus industry and could be referred by similar studies.
