英文摘要：

Based on the descriptions of interfacial phenomenon in present Physical Chemistry textbooks,some contents such as wetting phenomenon and Young＇s equation,curvature pressure and saturated vapor pressure of droplet,adsorption isotherm equations,adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics were discussed. The cosine of wetting angle（ cosθ） was suggested to be called wetting coefficient and its value ranges with 0,0 ~ 1 and 1 corresponded to nonwetting,wetting and spreading phenomena,respectively. In order to adapt to the recent development of interfacial phenomenon subject on scientific study and application,some contents added in the new physical chemistry textbooks were also suggested.
