物理化学教材中有关界面现象的讨论

针对现有物理化学教材中界面现象的相关内容进行了研究,就润湿相关的杨氏方程、附加压力与微液滴的饱和蒸汽压、吸附等温式、吸附动力学和热力学内容提出了一些意见。建议使用润湿角的正弦(cosθ)称为润湿系数,其值1分别对应为不润湿、润湿和铺展的三种情形。同时建议在新编教材中应适当地增加内容,以适应学科研究和应用的最新发展要求。

英文摘要:

Based on the descriptions of interfacial phenomenon in present Physical Chemistry textbooks,some contents such as wetting phenomenon and Young's equation,curvature pressure and saturated vapor pressure of droplet,adsorption isotherm equations,adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics were discussed. The cosine of wetting angle( cosθ) was suggested to be called wetting coefficient and its value ranges with 0,0 ~ 1 and 1 corresponded to nonwetting,wetting and spreading phenomena,respectively. In order to adapt to the recent development of interfacial phenomenon subject on scientific study and application,some contents added in the new physical chemistry textbooks were also suggested.
