以氨基硫脲和戊二醛为原料,用一步法合成了一种新型的含硫和氮原子的螯合吸附树脂。对该树脂进行扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、元素分析表征,并测定了螯合树脂对Cr(VI)离子的吸附性能以及研究了树脂对Cr(VI)离子吸附的原理。结果表明,树脂对Cr(VI)离子吸附最佳p H为2,最大的吸附量达到345 mg·g-1,该吸附剂能再生,可应用于含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的分离或富集。
A new type of chelating adsorption resin containing sulfur and nitrogen atom was synthesized by reaction of thiosemicarbazide and glutaradehyde through one- step. The resin was characterized by SEM,FT- IR and element analysis. The sorption behaviour and mechanism of the resin towards Cr( VI) in aqueous solutions were measured and studied respectively. The results indicated that maximum adsorption capacity reached 345 mg·g-1at p H 2. The adsorbent can be recycled. Therefore,the resin may be used for separation and collection from wastewater effectively.
