目的研究益气活血法对血瘀证缺血再灌注损伤（IRI）兔心肌eNOS蛋白表达的影响，以探讨其对心肌1RI保护作用机制。方法建立兔血瘀证IRI模型，以加味丹参饮对该模型进行干预，采用免疫组化法观察心肌eNOS蛋白表达。结果IRI组心肌eNOS蛋白表达降低，与空白组比较差异具有统计学意义；加味丹参饮组可以提高eNOS蛋白表达，与IRI组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论益气活血法可以提高eNOS蛋白表达，其为保护心肌IRI作用机制之一。

英文摘要：

Objective： To study the effect of Yiqihuoxue method on eNOS protein expression in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury （IRI） rabbits with blood stasis syndrome and to detect the mechanism of this therapy in protecting IRI. Methods： The model of rabbit with blood stasis syndrome was intervened by the supplemented salvia decoction. The eNOS protein was detected by the immunohistochemical method. Results： eNOS protein expressions were decreased in the IRI group. There was a significant difference between this group and the control group. This expression which was obvious difference compared to the IRI group was increased by the supplemented salvia decoction. Conclusion： It could be the one of mechanisms in protecting myocardial muscle that the eNOS is improved by the Yiqihuoxue method.
