In order to solve information isolated islands between real-time control systems and enterprise-level ERP, which causes difficulties in storing real-time data steams and timely process management in iron and steel productions. A method for monito ring and supervising of iron and steel production processes with real-time data streams is proposed. Combining with real-time data and relational data, the implemented system followed the proposed method performs an efficient real-time detection for steel production, and real-time data application in process ability management area, which improves the quality of steel products and benefits of the users.
