将水热法制备的ZnS纳米球500℃下保温2h制备出由ZnS、ZnO纳米片组装的多孔微球。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、紫外-可见近红外分光光度计和紫外-可见分光光度计等对样品的形貌、结构和光学性能进行了表征。以甲基橙(MO)的光催化降解为目标反应,评价其光催化活性。ZnS/ZnO异质结材料的带隙明显窄于ZnO,光催化活性得到提高;经60 min紫外光照射后,ZnS/ZnO异质结催化剂对MO的降解率为76%。最后分析和探讨了异质结催化剂的光催化机理。
Porous microspheres assembled by ZnS and ZnO nanosheets were prepared by annealing ZnS nanospheres via a hydrothermal reaction at 500 ℃for 2h.The morphologies,microstructure and optical properties of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer and UV-Visible absorption spectrometer.Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange(MO)in aqueous solution was taken as a probe reaction to evaluate photocatalytic activity of the prepared microspheres.The results showed that the band gap of ZnS/ZnO heterostructures was narrower than ZnO,which contributed to the photocatalytic activity.ZnS/ZnO heterostructures catalyst exhibited a 76% degradation rate for MO under 60 min UV irradiation.Finally the photocatalytic mechanism of ZnS/ZnO heterostructures was analyzed and discussed.
