合成了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银,研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银-聚乙二醇-汞(Ⅱ)体系的荧光增强效应.研究表明,在含有聚乙二醇的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银溶液中加入微量的汞(Ⅱ),聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银聚乙二醇汞(Ⅱ)体系波长为369 nm的荧光发射强度逐渐增大,荧光法发射强度的增加量与汞(Ⅱ)浓度的线性方程为△F=3.206×106c-7.083,R=0.996 4,线性范围为4.0×10-6~3.6×10-5,检出限为3.0×10-10 mol/L.同时,结合紫外可见吸收光谱,提出了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银聚乙二醇体系与汞(Ⅱ)相互作用的机理.
Polyvinylpyrrolidone nano silver was synthesized,and the fluorescence enhancement of polyvinylpyrrolidone nano silver-polyethylene glycol-mercury (Ⅱ) system was investigated.The result indicated that the fluorescence emission intensity of polyvinylpyrrolidone nano silver-polyethylene glycolmercury (Ⅱ) system at 369 nm increased gradually when micro mercury (Ⅱ) was added into polyvinylpyrrolidone nano silver solution with polyethylene glycol.The linear relationship equation between the increasing amount of fluorescence emission intensity and the concentration of mercury (Ⅱ) was △F=3.206×106c-7.083 with R =0.996 4,linear range of 4.0×10 6-3.6×10 5 mol/L and detection limit of 3.0 × 10-10 mol/L.Meanwhile,the interaction mechanism was proposed between polyvinylpyrrolidone nano silver polyethylene glycol system and mercury (Ⅱ) by combining with ultraviolet and visible spectrometry.
