This paper objectively analyses the advantages and disadvantages of DEA and ANP method,followed by demonstrating the feasibility of the combination,so two-stage evaluation model of DEA-ANP for logistics supplier evaluation and selection process is being put forward,which overcomes several defects that existed in the traditional evaluating progress.Finally,case study is carried out.The result shows that the method is scientific and feasible,with the purpose of enhancing the ability to control supply chain management.
