In order to promote high efficient equilibrium of knowledge sharing among industrial technology innovation alliance,a two-stage game model is set up based on knowledge sharing of self-organization and hetero-organization,considering the economic characteristics of knowledge and the knowledge sharing of alliance as quasi-public goods.On the first stage,the knowledge sharing game model based on perspective and utility is put forward to compare how the factors like member＇s personality,alliance＇s features and so on affect knowledge sharing in decentralized decision and centralized decision.On the second stage,the knowledge sharing game model based on incentive and utility is put forward to discuss the affective mechanism of member＇s personality,alliance＇s features and alliance＇s incentive.Based on above results,A numerical simulation is made and a ＂self-organizing ＋ his organization＂ two-stage knowledge sharing strategy is built,which provided theory guidance for achieving high efficient equilibrium of knowledge sharing among industrial technology innovation alliance.
